WARRANTY
Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. offers three-year warranty on the products that we manufacture. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, this includes the following: vinyl, seams and blower. The warranty will cover repairs ONLY, but no replacement of any unit or costs accumulated due to warranty processing. Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. will not be responsible for damages in units due to misuse, improper installation and/or maintenance. Please refer to the owner’s manual located on our webpage for more detailed information about how to take care of your inflatable.
Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. also offers one-year warranty on products such as plastic chairs and tables. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, this includes rivets on the plastic chairs and tables. If uncertain what warranty covers feel free to bring in either chair/table for inspection. Warranty will be void if visible damages in units are present due to misuse, improper installation and/or maintenance

Unit being processed for warranty must be left behind and will approximately take from about 1 to 2 weeks to be repaired.

IMPORTANT: Original purchase receipt must be presented at the time of warranty claim.

Customers with products shipped must cover shipping cost from origin postal code to destination postal code. Once received Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. will inspect unit and repair manufacturing defects ONLY. Once repaired Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. will ship unit(s) back to customer.
PICK UPS
Should you pick up your merchandise from Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. warehouse our employees are available to assist you with loading your merchandise. You are responsible for properly securing your merchandise or for damages that occur as a result of transportation. Please check your items carefully prior to leaving the pick-up area, once you leave the pick up area only the manufactures warranty applies. If your merchandise requires any warranty work you are responsible for the transportation of that item to our service department. Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover transportation and transportation cost.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer in store credits only – no exceptions! Upon receipt of your product, our Inspection Department will inspect items to insure they are in the original packaging, not been used, are complete and are not damaged. Once the item passes inspection you will receive a credit for your next purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for inspection once the item is received at our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase and original receipt must be presented. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For returns: once we have received it Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. will be responsible to refund full amount minus 10% restocking fee. Returns and exchanges are based off inspection report of the unit.

If orders are to be canceled for any reason once payment is made please do as soon as possible. If your order can not be retrieved before special ordering, design work or packaging has occurred order can no longer be canceled.
