Return Policy

Store Credit Only – No Exceptions

We only offer store credit for approved returns — no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances.

Return Inspection Process

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our Inspection Department will:

  • Confirm that the item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging

  • Ensure the product is complete and free of any wear or damage

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit toward a future purchase.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the inspection process to be completed.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • A valid receipt must be presented

  • All shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer

Return Eligibility

If a custom model is canceled after production has begun, or if an order has already been packed for shipment, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits for custom or standard orders are non-refundable and will be issued as store credit only — never in cash, check, or bank refund.

Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight and packaging fees. Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
