1. Shipping
We proudly ship our products across the United States.
Once an order leaves the facilities of Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc., we are no longer responsible for the shipment. Please note that we do not have control over delivery timelines once the product is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. is not liable for any shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by freight or delivery companies.
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their merchandise carefully before signing any delivery documents. If there is visible damage or missing items, make sure to note it on the delivery paperwork and report it immediately to the shipping carrier.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the product price.
These fees are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping quotes can be provided upon request prior to finalizing your order.
2. Oders and payments
To secure a spot on our production schedule, Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. requires a minimum deposit of 25% at the time the order is placed. For custom-made items, a deposit of at least 50% is necessary.
Orders will not move into production until the required deposit has been received and confirmed.
The estimated shipping date provided on your sales confirmation is based on the date we receive your deposit. If the deposit is delayed, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly—each day without a deposit may result in an additional day of production delay.
Once the final balance is paid in full, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your order to be released to the shipping carrier.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor their payment status and ensure that the final balance is paid before the scheduled shipping date. Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. does not send reminders or track pending payments on behalf of the customer.
Final payments must be made using money order, direct bank deposit(Zelle), or cash.
Gabino’s Wholesale Jumpers Inc. reserves the right to delay or withhold production if there are concerns about the buyer’s ability to complete payment—unless payment is made in full at the time of order.
